Yes We Bleed! So what ? Why should people make fuss about it? Menstruation is Just a periodic discharge of blood and every person on earth knows about this natural process so why should women be hush- hush about it? Recently we came across a picture on Instagram posted by Rupi Kaur, which was removed by Instagram saying it was violating the community guidelines. When pictures of women being objectified are posted on Instagram doesn't violate the community guideline then why should a picture of a natural process be removed? Reminds me of a video where a female reminds us Of our freedom fighter Subhashchandra Bose, He once said Give me blood and i shall give you freedom,For the love of God People women have been bleeding for years, atleast now give her the freedom to live a life where no Sharma's or Varma's or chacha's or Mama's comes in between of what she wants to do. A life where she is not judged by her skimpy clothes nor by the way she lives life. Menstruation is just a natural process just like poop or urine.And if we are not ashamed to talk about those in public, we should not be ashamed or embarrassed by talking about Menstruation too.If we can post pictures or like pictures of women wearing revealing clothes, we shouldn't mind people showing or posting images of their period leak. Also what is with People to say not to do this or that at this particular phase?  Well its upto a women to do whatever she likes, there is no need for taboos to be followed. When she can adjust to the pain that arises in her abdomen while bleeding then why people cant adjust?And we bleed not because we like too,its just that we do not have an option. Its through this process that a new being takes birth in our womb. How can something that creates a new thing become untouchable or bad? So I request all ladies to stop believing in the taboos the world has for them and live life the way they want too. Stop following. Stop behaving like its a curse, because its not. It indeed is a boon and be Proud of it! #Laal Salam#
